It’s been a while. Sorry about that.
Today, I am reviewing the Retevis RT8 DMR handheld transceiver. My thanks to Retevis for providing a review unit. The question is, is this something that a blind ham can use? The answer is yes, and it’s probably most easily used with the third party MD380tools. In this podcast, I will outline the how this works. There are much better tutorials on this, and I encourage you to use those for a lot more detail. For an explanation of how the morse output works, see Wolf’s original RT3 modifications page.
